Hard To Beat This Great Weather...

Since arriving here in the Palm Springs area, the weather has been near perfect.  And we have enjoyed it.
Playing the short course at Caliente' Springs Resort
When registering at Caliente' Resort, we were offered two free golf passes to play the short Par 3 golf course here.  And it is a very short course.  One only needed to bring 3 short irons and a putter to play it.  Hector and I enjoyed working on our short game.
Jeanette found us on the golf course.
We also got away from our park to play a standard course at the Sands RV Resort.  Although we only played 9 holes, we both shot well and scored in the low 40's.  Not bad! We are warming up for the 18 hole courses we plan to play.
Taken during one of our walks around our RV park
Other than a tiny bit of shopping, we stayed close to our site these past few days.  We caught up on reading, some little maintenance projects and a lot of walking.

We also got to visit with other RV friends who are staying at RV parks close to us.  No photos though.  We did not have our camera along.
One of the park model streets here in our park.
Catching up on some local news....while enjoying the afternoon sun.
Our site on the left corner with the street view of other RV's.
The view looking north from our RV site as the evening sun was setting to the west.
One of the golf holes here on the Caliente' golf course.  There is a lot of water to help one focus on shot making.  It's a pretty course too.
And there you it.  Our out of the park activities will increase in the weeks ahead.  And if this great weather holds, we will be rolling to places far and near and certainly over the mountains and towards the ocean side.

Thanks for dropping in.
