Well, That Was Yesterday.....Now Yesterday's Gone!

In true West Coast coast fashion, the snow from yesterday - that caused traffic Armageddon - is but a memory.  That's typical for those of us who live in the Pacific Northwest during the winter months.
YESTERDAY
TODAY:  As the old saying goes, 'wait ten minutes and the weather will change'.  Change it did!  Yesterday saw several inches of snow accumulation and when the forecast temperatures rose and the snow turned to rain, it took little time for the white stuff to disappear.

Well, you get the point.  So, that was yesterday and yesterday is gone!

  1. We can only wish that our yard in Kelowna was so clear. We're packing the trailer and heading to the coast tomorrow for Christmas. We just hope to find a window in the snowfall. From there we're heading south about the same time as you. I think next year we'll leave about the same time as Croft and Norma!

  2. Pretty much the same story over here on the Island, Rene. The snow is melting fast - sure hope it stays that way until after Christmas as more snow would really mess up folks coming to visit.

  7. Interesting weather week for you, along with the black ice in Abbotsford and the ice bombs on the new bridge. Sounds like just a wet Christmas and warmer, but much better for the traveling visitors. Wishing you a Merry Christmas with the family.
